Ayanna's passion for women’s rights and youth development was formed at an early age growing up in Portmore, Jamaica. She brings nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising and programming to  C.O.R. Consulting. Understanding the needs and how to communicate impact to funders has allowed her to work with a diverse group of organizations like the Community Action Agency of Western Connecticut, GoLiveGirl, Bethlehem University Foundation as well as the nonprofit, Girls With Impact to improve opportunities for thousands of individuals. Ayanna earned her BA in Political Science with a concentration in Human Rights from the University of Connecticut.
